Method
- Add garlic and chickpeas to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Add avocado, tahini, lemon juice, lime juice, herbs, cumin, and a large pinch of salt. Puree until smooth.
- With the machine running, stream in 1 tablespoon of chickpea liquid at a time until the dip reaches a creamy consistency (you'll need 2-3 tbsp).
- Taste and adjust salt and lemon/lime juice as needed.
- Spoon into a bowl.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and serve immediately.
Notes
- Reserve some chickpea liquid for adjusting consistency if the dip is too thick.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the cumin.
