Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add dates, cashews, coconut flakes, cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, maca powder, orange zest, and sea salt to a food processor.
- Pulse until fully combined and the dough easily holds together when squeezed in your hand.
- Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls.
- Optional: Roll balls in desired toppings OR dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle toppings onto the chocolate.
- Allow chocolate to set in the fridge before storing the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

- Use soft, fresh Medjool dates for the best texture.
- If dough is too dry, add a teaspoon of water. Too wet, add more nuts or coconut.
