Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup tequila or vodka
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • ice, if needed
  • Fresh raspberries, watermelon slices, and cherries for topping

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the Rosé wine, tequila or vodka, lime juice, honey, frozen watermelon chunks, and frozen raspberries.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and resembles a slushie. Add ice cubes gradually if a thicker consistency is desired.
  3. Pour the sangria slushie into chilled glasses.
  4. Garnish each glass with fresh raspberries, watermelon slices, and cherries.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing summer drink.

Notes

- Use a good quality, dry rosé wine for the best flavor.
- Ensure your fruit is fully frozen for the perfect slushie texture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to your preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the rosé and spirits with sparkling water or white grape juice.
