Ingredients

  • 1 cup grapes, any color (make sure they e seedless and if not seed them before freezing)
  • 1 cookie sheet
  • Freezer
  • Small bowl for serving
  • Parchment paper (optional, for non-stick)
  • pinch sea salt (optional, to enhance sweetness)

Method

  1. Gently wash 1 cup of seedless grapes under cool water.
  2. Carefully pat the washed grapes dry with a paper towel.
  3. Arrange the dry grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. Transfer the frozen grapes to an airtight container for storage, or serve immediately in a small bowl.

Notes

- For extra flavor, try rolling the washed grapes in a thin layer of flavored gelatin powder before freezing. - If you're freezing larger batches, layer them with parchment paper between layers to prevent them from sticking together. - To ensure even freezing, spread the grapes in a single layer on the cookie sheet and avoid overcrowding. - Store frozen grapes in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months.
