- Once melted and smooth, stir in the coconut butter and peppermint extract until fully combined. Add more extract if desired.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone candy molds or small paper liners.
- Top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze for at least 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
