Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 chai tea bags
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
  • 1 rounded tablespoon roasted cashews

Method
 

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1-2 chai tea bags, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. In a high-power blender, combine the steeped tea, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1-2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp raw hemp seeds, and 1 rounded tbsp roasted cashews.
  4. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until the drink is smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour into a mug.

- Steep the chai tea bags for a full 10 minutes to extract maximum flavor.
- Use a high-power blender for the smoothest, frothiest texture.
