- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

- In a high-power blender, combine the steeped tea, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1-2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp raw hemp seeds, and 1 rounded tbsp roasted cashews.
- Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until the drink is smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a mug.
