Method
- Blend strawberries with 1/4 cup orange juice until completely smooth. Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
- Rinse blender, add mango chunks and remaining 3/4 cup orange juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mango mixture over strawberry puree in molds. Gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until firm (about 4 hours). Run molds under hot water for 10 seconds to release.

- Use very ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
- For distinct layers, ensure the first layer is well-frozen before adding the second.
