3-Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (stems removed + hulled)
  • 2 cups ripe mangos (peeled + cubed (or 3 frozen, thawed mango chunks))
  • 1 cup Simply Orange Low Acid (divided)
  • Optional: a few thinly sliced strawberries
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries with 1/4 cup orange juice until completely smooth. Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
  2. Rinse blender, add mango chunks and remaining 3/4 cup orange juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mango mixture over strawberry puree in molds. Gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze until firm (about 4 hours). Run molds under hot water for 10 seconds to release.

Notes

- Use very ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
- For distinct layers, ensure the first layer is well-frozen before adding the second.
- If you don't have popsicle molds, small paper cups work well; just cover with foil and insert sticks.
